There are a wide variety of services that we potentially provide. Particularly because we are capable of working in a wide variety of foundation types. That being said, we could boil most of what we do down to 3 main services. Foundation inspections, because first, we need to know what’s wrong before we make any type of adjustments. Light foundation repairs, adjustments, or otherwise overall upkeep. Then as our final service type, we have house leveling projects. These are usually the large scale projects where the home needs to be literally lifted and leveled.
Foundation Repair

As we mentioned in the last paragraph the last thing that we want to do is set up vapor barriers and not address actual leaks that are developing and showering the basement. One of the main problems that we see in crawl spaces is that people tend to forget about them entirely. These types of foundations are pretty straightforward. One of the main challenges that we’re going to be facing is some type of soil erosion issue that is essentially shaking that base underneath the building. Another problem is the overall wear and tear on the piers themselves. Whatever the case maybe you can rest assured that we’ll be able to find a solution to the dilemma. That being said, ideally, we’ll get a chance to spot these problems at an early stage in their development rather than at the point that the home is actually unbalanced.
House Leveling Service
Throughout the whole page, we’ve been constantly saying that ideally, we’ll be able to spot problems before they turn into a major situation. When things really do go south and we need to level the home otherwise it’s literally going to crumble we can also get that type of job done for you. We don’t want to be alarmists and say that we need to do major leveling with virtually any issue that we find.
